CANCELLATIONS - LATE ARRIVAL - EARLY DEPARTURE
And what if something comes up and you can't take your holiday or have to cancel, arrive later or leave earlier? Sounds unpleasant and it is - for both sides! Apart from the considerable financial loss, it is also a pity if the rooms remain empty although others would have liked to come.
- There are no additional cancellation fees for cancellations up to 31 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the total amount booked.
- Cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the total amount booked.
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
- In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total number of days booked but not used will be charged.

For singles with a child, we will gladly prepare an individual offer in the low season. In high season, the full-paying rates per room and the child discounts in the extra beds apply.
SINGLE ROOM SURCHARGE
Supplement for double room for single use: € 29,00 per day on request. In high season the full-paying rates per room apply.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival possible on any day of the week, subject to availability. Rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Please give us an approximate time of arrival.
CURTAXE
Since 01.01.2024 a visitor's tax of € 2,90 per person (from 14 years) and day is charged in South Tyrol and includes at the same time the free ski and public bus pass as well as an extensive weekly programme at a reduced price.
BOOKING
For a binding reservation we need a written confirmation as well as a deposit or credit card as booking guarantee.
PAYMENT
We ask our guests to settle the bill at the reception the evening before or on the morning of departure. We accept cash, ATM cards, EC cards, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) or in advance by online bank transfer.
